On the morning of November 18th, the opening ceremony of the ZHUHAI MULTILAYER PCB CO.,LTD has been grandly held. The leaders of the board of directors of the group, the leaders of Doumen District, the leaders of Fushan Industrial Management Committee, the leaders of the industry's CPCA, GPCA, and SPCA associations and organizations, the representatives of enterprise customers, suppliers, industry colleagues, and the representatives of the media organizations and so on, witnessed this historic moment for Champion Asia - MTL together.
Group President Mr. Ye Xiaobin introduced that MTL has become comprehensive and all-round PCB professional manufacturing enterprise including prototype, small and medium-sized batch and mass production. And the products covering rigid-flex, thick copper boards, microwave boards, high-frequency, high-speed boards, and other special boards after nearly 20 years of development. Looking ahead, Champion Asia Group will take the opening of Zhuhai MTL plant as a new starting point, seize the opportunity of the world's unprecedented change in a century, and work hard together to make China's PCB industry bigger and stronger, and play its due role in the great journey of national rejuvenation.
At the ceremony, Yang Fubang(member of the Standing Committee of the Doumen District Committee, member of the Party Working Committee of the Fushan Industrial Park and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee), Qiu Xingya (President of the GPCA), and Li Qiong (Deputy Secretary General of the CPCA) and other leaders also delivered speeches. The wonderful lion dance pushed the atmosphere of the event to a climax. Mr. Ye and other guests went on the stage and dipped their pens in vermilion sand to dot the eyes of the lions, sending their sincere blessings to the Zhuhai MTL production base.
As a leading manufacturer of high-multilayer prototypes and small-medium batch in PCB industry, ZHUHAI MTL base has a total investment of 180 million, with a planned annual output of 150,000 square meters and 200,000 drawing numbers. ZHUHAI MTL has introduced advanced production equipment, continued MTL business philosophy of "Hi-end, Hi-quality, Specialty, Fast", and with the help of MES system, AGV transportation system and other information management systems, it is able to guarantee the quality of the products and improve the production efficiency.
Before the celebration ceremony, the participating guests on-site visited the factory and provided guidance, and all of them praised the standardized management and advanced equipments.
In terms of research and development, MTL has continued to increase investment to achieve breakthroughs in key product areas. In energy conversion products, we have developed high-density multi-step planar winding resistor boards to realize higher energy efficiency conversion; in new energy vehicles, we have developed high-current acquisition and control boards; and in communication and low-orbit satellite products, we have developed planar phased array. Embracing cutting-edge product manufacturing technology in the context of 5G mobile communication technology and providing professional solutions for customers.
We will continue to implement the overall operation, centralized management principles, and adhere to the "technology-leading" corporate characteristics. The integration of ZHUHAI MTL production base will give fuller play to the characteristics of each factory, showing the "Hi-end, Hi-quaity, special, fast" business philosophy, to provide partners with more comprehensive products and services!
